ZTNA Customer Success and Change Manager
Job Description One of our clients is seeking a Network-Focused ZTNA Customer Success and Change Manager to support the enterprise rollout of Zscaler Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), including changes to policy-driven network access, application connectivity, and legacy access dependencies. This role coordinates and validates network-impacting access changes associated with the organization’s transition from legacy network and VPN-based access models to a Zero Trust architecture. It serves as the primary company-facing coordination point for ZTNA-related access changes, ensuring the organization understands how ZTNA affects traffic flows, application access paths, and operational processes, and are prepared for each phase of migration. This position is network-centric but non-engineering. The role does not design network architecture, configure Zscaler components, or implement access policies. Instead, it focuses on operational readiness, sequencing, risk identification, and stakeholder alignment, functioning in a Customer Success–style capacity to ensure ZTNA onboarding is consistent, repeatable, and minimally disruptive to mission-critical operations. Compensation: $62/hr to $68/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
