Job Description One of our clients is seeking a ZTNA Administrator to support the secure deployment and operationalization of Zscaler as a key component of its Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) strategy. This role will focus on implementing network-based access controls, segmentation, and enforcement, while translating existing network and security practices into scalable Zscaler policies that can be consistently applied across the organization. Compensation: $62/hr to $68/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Skills and Requirements - Strong background in network security, access control, and policy development - In-depth understanding of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) concepts and experience with secure access platforms such as Zscaler - Ability to analyze complex, legacy network environments and translate them into scalable, enforceable policies - Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments, ensuring adherence to security and governance standards. - Excellent documentation, communication, and collaboration skills for cross-functional engagement - Current Zscaler Digital Transformation Administrator (ZDTA) certification - Current Zscaler Digital Transformation Engineer (ZDTE) certification - Completion of Zscaler for Users – Administrator (EDU-200) and Engineer (EDU-202) training courses - Industry-recognized certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CySA+, or SecurityX - Hands-on experience deploying and configuring Zscaler solutions, including security and access policy implementation - Familiarity with regulatory and security frameworks such as CJIS, NIST 800-53, or similar standards - Experience supporting large, multi-agency, or public-sector environments - Proven ability to balance strong security controls with operational requirements in complex environments
