The Role

As a System Administrator at Kyndryl, you’ll solve complex problems and identify potential future issues across the spectrum of platforms and services. You’ll be at the forefront of new technology and modernization, working with some of our biggest clients – which means some of the biggest in the world.

There’s never a typical day as a System Administrator at Kyndryl, because no two projects are alike. You’ll be managing systems data for clients and providing day-to-day solutions and security compliance. You’ll oversee a queue of assignments and work directly with technicians, prioritizing tickets to deliver the best solutions to our clients.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

6-8 years of Hands-on experience with ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX at enterprise scale.Deep knowledge of ZIA features: SWG, FWaaS, sandboxing, CASB, DLP, SSL inspection.Proficiency in ZPA components: App Segments, Connectors, Cloud Connector, Private Service Edge.Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS, VPNs.Experience with certificate management and PKI.Understanding of SD-WAN integrations and hybrid network models.Familiarity with SIEM/SOAR tools (Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar).Experience with endpoint management (ZCC deployment via MDM/Intune).Ability to analyze traffic flows, logs, and user experience metrics.Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.Clear technical communication for incident updates and RCA reports.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in high-pressure environments.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).Preferred Certifications: Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional (ZCCP-IA, ZCCP-PA, Edu-200, EDU202). Zscaler Certified Cloud Expert (ZCCE).
