\nThe Finance Systems Administrator plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity, security, and efficiency of our financial systems, with a primary focus on Zuora Billing & Subscription Management & Revenue Recognition. This position is essential for aligning our subscription billing, revenue recognition, and financial reporting systems with strategic organizational objectives. Within the IT Systems team, you will collaborate closely with global finance, sales, and systems teams to drive impactful enhancements that support overall financial strategy and business growth.

Things You’ll Do

\n\nServe as a subject matter expert in Zuora Billing & Subscription Management, providing advanced technical expertise, and administering & governing the platform.\nLead end-user support initiatives, advanced troubleshooting, configuration, user provisioning, and role-based access management within Zuora.\nAutomate finance-related workflows, specifically those involving subscription lifecycle management, billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition within Zuora, optimizing productivity and compliance through innovative processes.\nDocument and maintain comprehensive procedures, policies, and system configurations for Zuora and its integrations.\nMaintain a global perspective, fostering connections across different departments (e.g., Finance, Sales Operations, Enterprise Systems, Go-To-Market Systems) to achieve business results and enhance overall system effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

\n\nBachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.\nProfessional fluency in English.\n5+ years of relevant experience in finance systems administration, with significant expertise in Zuora Billing & Subscription Management & Revenue Recognition.\nProven experience with Zuora configurations, including product catalog, subscriptions, billing rules, payment gateways, and revenue recognition.\nExperience with integrations between Zuora and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) preferred.\nStrong troubleshooting skills and the ability to make sound decisions in uncertain and time-sensitive circumstances.\nA commitment to continuous learning and adapting in a rapidly evolving technological and regulatory landscape.

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered within this range may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer. Full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, life and disability, 401(k) with match, paid time off, a wellness reimbursement, mental health benefits, and an experience bonus.
