**Job Responsibilities:**
* Oversees the management of the inside sales funnel in Salesforce.com, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline health, consistently meeting or exceeding quota and forecast accuracy expectations through strategic planning.
* Strategizes with marketing teams to obtain the latest updates, optimizing promotional efforts to enhance market penetration, brand awareness, and customer engagement, ultimately driving overall business success.
* Aligns sales strategies with Philips objectives, ensuring all initiatives contribute to long-term revenue growth and enhanced customer satisfaction across diverse markets and regions.
* Coaches the sales team by providing targeted feedback through regular one-on-one sessions, skill development workshops, and performance reviews, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
* Develops and implements comprehensive inside sales strategies tailored to the unique needs of the assigned territory, using data-driven insights to identify new sales opportunities and optimize customer engagement.
* Communicates effectively with market field marketing managers, product managers, and other stakeholders, providing clear updates on campaign performance, lead generation outcomes, and customer insights to align efforts and enhance collaboration.
* Drives continuous improvement initiatives by applying LEAN principles, streamlining processes, and enhancing overall team productivity, leading to increased efficiency and effectiveness in meeting sales targets.
* Fosters strong, long-term customer relationships through proactive engagement using internet, telephone, and email, ensuring customer retention and loyalty while identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.
* Implements strategic policies to streamline lead management processes, executing telemarketing and campaign management to generate and qualify leads for special promotions, and building relationships to close sales remotely.
* Manages a portfolio by setting objectives for each call to maximize territory business plans, maintaining, and expanding the customer database through effective questioning and continuous engagement with prospects.
* Ensures up-to-date completion of all administrative duties, including system notes, customer service follow-up, collections, and credit/debit requests, maintaining operational efficiency and effective customer service.
* Establishes and ensures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements to maintain operational efficiency and effectiveness for a function/region/business.
**Minimum required Education:**
Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications or equivalent.

**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
