Zone Service Sales Executive - Midwest Zone

The Midwest Zone Service Executive is a service sales team lead working in collaboration with the service sales executives to identify growth opportunities and drive strategic revenue growth by leveraging the service sales portfolio. Strategic liaison for equipment sales, Enterprise Services and HTM teams to collaborate and win net new business across the zone. Lead the team in complex deal navigation, solution architecture, financial negotiation, and strategic customer presentations to sell our service value proposition.

How you will succeed in this role

Develop and manage a robust sales funnel of strategic growth and win-back opportunities.

Design and co-lead sales strategy in collaboration with Service Sales Executives to maximize account penetration.

Leader of large account deal strategies and solution architect of customized service contract solutions.

Plans sales volumes and potentials of all customers in the Midwest Zone.

Assists the team with navigating complex sales strategies and ensuring that each team member accurately reflects the project in their forecast.

Analyzes the specific market conditions and builds a sound market-related network of stakeholders.

Spots opportunities for local product and service portfolio solutions.

Prepares customer contact, builds and maintains a customer-focused network.

Prepares / coordinates and negotiates proposals in cooperation with proposal management / other involved professionals and management.

Coordinates the realization of assignments, may coordinate and contribute to setting up respective product developments, projects, or service programs.

Completes sales and revenue-related key reporting.

Contributes to the development of After-Market business in the region.

May act as a point of contact to customers in commercial matters and influence collaboration within the organization to secure customer support.

10+ years of successful experience in account management, with a preference for service sales contracts experience.

Demonstrated understanding of sales cycle and specific strategies and tactics to protect and win business.

Excellent organizational skills with capacity to manage cross functional initiatives.

Ability to effectively manage and resolve conflict.

Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills, including English language skills.

BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree, or combination of education and experience.  

Willing and able to travel up to 50% or more as required (the equivalent to 2+ days per week on average)

Ideally would reside in a large metro area near an airport with easy accessibility to the Midwest Zone or directly within the area of Dallas, Houston, St. Louis, Kansas City, Memphis, or Louisville.

Must have good driving record

The base pay range for this position is $89,600 - $134,400 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The annual incentive target is $95,000 (variable compensation). The annual base pay for this position is:

Min $89,600 - Max $134,400

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
