Summary Sells manufactured housing products to wholesalers or developers in Florida on a commission basis by performing the following duties.\n

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.\n\nContacts retailers and arranges to provide them with products.\nCalls on regular or prospective customers to solicit orders.\nDemonstrates products and points out salable features.\nAnswers questions concerning products such as price, credit terms, and durability.\nCompletes sales contracts or forms to record required sales information.\nAssists in the process of shipment\/delivery of homes and collection of payment in a timely manner.\nPromotes products at trade shows and conferences.\n\n

Qualifications\n\nPrior supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred\nMust have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office \nPrevious sales experience in manufactured\/modular housing desired\nMust be willing to travel up to 50% of the time\n\n
