**In this role, you have the opportunity to**
Work closely with Sales Head, strengthen channel management and improve LTA performance.
**You are responsible for**
+ Works as Distributor Manager on problems of diverse scopes where analysis of distributor data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
+ The development of the solution requires a multi-disciplinary approach and knowledge of distributor management principles, -theories and -concepts.
+ Formulates the solution for (technical) partial problems that cannot be found by combining previous experiences but by composing newly acquired distributor management knowledge. May lead multi-disciplinary distributor change projects, managing a number of people.
+ Works independently and provides consultative advice within specific functional areas.
+ Introduce distributor management methods/procedures that are new for the organisation.
+ Apply advanced distributor process principles to multiple tasks.
+ Proficient in area of specialization and contributes in other disciplines.
+ Determines feasibility of distributor management concepts or projects.
**You are a part of**
North Sales Team, based in Zhengzhou, report to Sales Head
**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience**
+ Typically requires a bachelor’s degree with> 8 years of related experience in distributor management.
+ Integrity, Culture champion to engagement/inspire salesforce to win
+ Proven business acumen on Medical Imaging industry with solid KOL network(good relationship with local government is a plus)
+ Strategic thinking with solid business planning capability and ability on internal & external resources orchestration & integration
+ Place great emphasis on compliance and have good track record
