What You’ll be Doing?
Assures consistent customer experience and execution across multiple territories by providing direction, coaching, development, and succession planning for Territory Managers. Assures achievement of financial objectives. Assures effective implementation and execution of company plans and strategies throughout assigned territories. Assures a consistent in-store experience that supports the Brand and exceeds the Customer's expectations. Assures selection, retention, and development of high caliber Associates of diverse cultures, backgrounds, and experiences from both inside and outside of the organization. Bachelors degree required or equivalent experience Minimum 10 years retail leadership experience Experience is managing multiple territories (specialty or shoe retail expereince preferred) 7+ Years experience in managing people at various levels including managers. Ability to manage and influence remotely. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong Leadership Skills Business Acumen Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills Ability to effectively work cross functionally. Conflict resolution skills Proven history of results in leading complex geography
