Position Overview:
The Client is hiring a RM Sales professional to manage and grow our aftermarket trailer suspension business across West Zone. This role involves handling distributor networks, leading sales teams, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead distributor sales for trailer suspension products for West Zone (MH&GUJ)
2. Grow sales, market share, and profitability in the assigned regions.
3. Identify and add new distributors and strengthen relationships with existing ones.
4. Lead a team of SO.
5. Track distributor performance and take corrective steps when needed.
6. Monitor market trends and competitors to plan better strategies.
7. Work closely with marketing, service, and product teams to support distributors.
8. Ensure timely billing, stock movement, and collections from distributors.
9. Prepare sales reports and ensure compliance with company policies
Professional Qualifications and Experience:
• Graduate in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering preferred.
• MBA in Trailer Suspension-Distributor Sales is an added advantage.
• 15-20 years of experience in aftermarket Trailer suspension sales
• Hands-on experience in managing distributor and dealer networks.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with frequent travel.
