Job Summary:
As a Product Associate in the Zelle team, you will develop and execute product strategies that deliver value to customers and enhance the peer-to-peer payment experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to manage product backlogs, define user stories, and drive the end-to-end execution of the product roadmap. Your work will help ensure Zelle remains a leading choice for secure and efficient digital payments.

 Job responsibilitiesDevelop a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers.Manage, maintain, and enhance a product backlog to facilitate development in alignment with the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.Collaborate with product, analytics, business, and engineering partners to lead and develop product and design strategies.Define, prioritize, and clarify user stories in coordination with other Product Managers, engineering leads, and the leadership team.Work closely with Product leads, developers, operations, and production management teams to research and resolve issues or defects that impact the customer experience.Drive end to end execution of roadmap through effective sprint planning, stakeholder management, and healthy experimentation Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills3+ years of experience in product, financial services, technology, project management, or other relevant fields.Experience working on projects that involve interaction with various stakeholders and technology within a financial domain.Understanding of development processes, database usage, and microservices (e.g., Kafka, APIs).Demonstrable experience as an interface between business and technical teams.Agile project management experience, including proficiency in agile project management tools (i.e., JIRA Align, JIRA, Confluence etc.).Self-starter with a mindset focused on problem management/resolution and continuous improvement.Effective communication skills (both verbal and written) for engaging with business and technical stakeholders and management.Track record of delivering thoughtful, user-centric and intuitive experiences Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsBackground in financial services, retail banking, or payments
