Why does this role exist?
This role exists to scale and streamline core operations by turning manual, repeatable work into reliable automations. The team needs a builder who can own process design, documentation, and orchestration across Zapier and key tools, while supporting go-to-market execution with a strong sales-aware mindset. By reducing operational friction and improving data quality, you’ll free leadership to focus on growth and accelerate GTM programs.

The Impact you’ll makeWorkflow automation and integration (Zapier)\nBuild, maintain, and optimize multi-step Zaps across Slack, Google Drive/Docs/Sheets, Notion, HubSpot, and Paperform.\nImplement webhooks, paths/filters, error handling, logging, and alerting for reliability and scale.\nMaintain documentation and version control for all automations and integrations.\n\n
Process ownership and SOPs\n\nMap business processes, design repeatable SOPs, and enforce operational standards.\nTriage incoming requests, prioritize independently, and manage an automation/ops backlog.\nContinuously improve processes based on data, feedback, and observed bottlenecks.\n
Go-to-market operations support\nScrape, clean, and enrich lead lists; manage deduplication and data hygiene.\nUpdate and maintain CRM records (HubSpot) and prep assets for campaigns.\nProvide tactical sales support, from list segmentation to sequence readiness.\n\n
Data operations and reporting\n\nPerform structured data entry, normalization, and QA across Sheets/Excel.\nBuild and maintain GTM and ops dashboards; automate imports/exports where possible.\nRun basic analysis to inform outreach strategy and process improvements.\n\n
AI tooling orchestration\n\nCoordinate cross-tool workflows between AI models/APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and Zapier.\nDraft, test, and refine prompts; ensure outputs meet accuracy and privacy standards.\nPilot new AI-enabled automations that boost team productivity and quality.\n
