**Description** **Job Type:** Management Support **Hours:** Mon- Fri 2pm-Finish **RESPONSIBILITIES** + tracking trailer status and use + assigning trailers to loads + communicating load status to carriers + Contacting carriers for deliveries as needed + tracking storage trailer use and rotation + coordinating with Security on inbound and outbound loads + assisting in any trailer traffic issues + reporting trailer status to corporate + tracking claims + minimizing deficit freight on loads + All other duties assigned by management. **QUALIFICATIONS** + Computer skills and ability to learn new programs – Excel, Word, SAP, etc. + customer service skills + Phone skills + Self-motivated **EOE/VET/DISABLED**
