The Yardi Business Analyst serves as a key resource for the Residential Systems team, providing helpdesk support for tier 1 through tier 3 tickets. The Yardi Business Analyst assists the Business with the changing requirements and associated system enhancements from conception through delivery. This role is also responsible for aiding in the development of integrated solutions to resolve complex technical and business issues.
Responsibilities
Ensures smooth every day running of the Yardi (“Residential Systems”) Support queue, which includes Related’s custom online leasing solution, monitoring that SLAs are met and that quality targets are reached and maintained.Takes a proactive approach in trying to assess Yardi from user perspective and generate solutions even before the issues are raised by the end-users.Works closely with the Yardi end users, you will assist with the tailoring of the system, designing and testing reports and creating/documenting proceduresPerforms business analysis through compiling and analyzing data. Gathers and documents business requirements collected from customers and 3rd party vendors. Writes functional specifications based on business requirements.Executes aspects and phases of testing initiatives for moderate to large sized system implementations and/or enhancement projects. Writes test scripts and works with customers to tests system upgrades/fixes to ensure the system matches the business requirements.Assist with project documentation, including system requirements, process design, and testing plans according to standard financial and residential System Development Life Cycle methodologies.Works with 3rd party vendors to gather and analyze business and system requirements for new releases. Assists with technical and/or business design solutions to ensure the system meets the business requirements.Applies updates, corrections, additions, and handles migrations to new platforms for existing software.Assists with new lease setups in Yardi including coordination between vendor, tracking progress, perform UAT for pre and post conversion and perform post migration review
Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible to receive discretionary bonus incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
Anticipated base salary range: $75,000 - 105,000 / year
Actual base salary within the anticipated range will be determined by several components including, but not limited to, the individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and market factors.

Bachelor’s degree preferred2-4 years of Yardi Voyager experience with residential property managementKnowledge of Yardi Voyager software add-on modules (Rent Café, Payment processing, Concierge, etc.)Experience with working within a helpdesk / support environmentStrong SQL experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSoftware documentation and training experience is highly desiredHighly organized, with attention to detailAbility to prioritize demands of third partiesNatural ability to take ownership, act with a sense of urgency and accept challengesThis role is hybrid / office location is 410 10th Avenue
