**Job Title: Yard Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Yard Technician to operate and maintain various equipment around the yard. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our equipment. **Responsibilities** + Operate Mini Excavators, Scissor Lifts, Boom Lifts, Forklifts, and Skidsteers. + Perform greasing and cleaning of equipment. + Conduct daily preventative maintenance on all equipment. **Essential Skills** + General labor and equipment operation experience. + Mechanical aptitude. + 1-2+ years of experience in the construction industry. + Good communication skills for engaging with customers. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with forklifts, excavators, and skidsteers is a plus, but not required. + Bilingual abilities are advantageous. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that values growth and offers opportunities for advancement. You will be working in a dynamic yard environment with a focus on safety and efficiency. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Virginia. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
