What You'll Be Doing

Operate yard loader to move and load aggregate materials safely and efficientlyMaintain stockpiles and ensure proper material placement and blendingPerform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance tasksFollow safety procedures and environmental guidelines at all timesCommunicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate yard activities

Ability to operate heavy equipment with precision and careStrong understanding of safety and operational proceduresCapacity to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsWillingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needsEffective communication and teamwork skills

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background checkSome positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
