What You'll Be Doing

Operate a front-end loader to move and load aggregate materials efficiently and safelyMaintain stockpiles and ensure proper material placement and inventory controlPerform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenanceCommunicate effectively with plant personnel to coordinate material flowFollow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment

What Are We Looking For

Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a fast-paced environmentStrong awareness of safety procedures and hazard recognitionAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBasic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsCommitment to maintaining a clean and organized work area

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background checkMust be eligible to work in the United States and comply with all company policies

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
