**Job Title: Yard Attendant** **Job Description** We are seeking an additional Yard Attendant to join our team. The Yard Attendant is responsible for performing basic yard functions, including recording key information on incoming items such as vehicles, and assisting with their upkeep and maintenance. You will work alongside approximately 8 other yard attendants, each performing various tasks as needed. This role requires self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. **Responsibilities** + Record key information on incoming items using a tablet or paper. + Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance tasks, including car cleaning and interior detailing. + Conduct general yard maintenance such as snow removal and weeding. + Operate and handle items as needed. + Interact with customers and maintain good communication. + Work reliably outdoors in various weather conditions **Essential Skills** + Self-motivation and ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Good communication skills. + Attention to detail. + Reliability. + Experience with outdoor work. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Forklift/loader operation (training provided). + Experience in a similar industry. + Computer skills. + Ability to adapt to various jobs and willingness to help out as needed. **Why Work Here?** This is a long-term contract with the potential to transition to a full-time role.
