**Hiring Immediately!** + Overtime Eligible + Earn quarterly safety incentive bonuses + Annual boot allowance **Trojan Recycling** is looking for a safety conscience **Ya** **rd Laborer** to join our GROWING team in **Brockton, MA.** **Hours:** Monday through Friday 6:45am to 4:30pm, Saturdays 6:45am to 12:00pm during busy season. **Pay Rate:** $22 to $23.00 per hour dependent on experience. Job responsibilities: + Manual labor including paper picking, keeping yard clean and presentable. + Traffic management. + Perform yard work including cutting weeds. + Perform general office maintenance and repairs including painting and janitorial work. + Operating light equipment such as: skid steers. + Performing routine inspection and maintenance on equipment. + Promoting continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices. + Interacting with customers and Waste Connections employees to determine safe and environmentally sound solutions to service issues. + Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Job Requirements: + Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly throughout the day. + Ability to work outside in all weather conditions. Why Join Us?
