Yard Inspector

The Materials Inspector is responsible for inspecting incoming ferrous materials to ensure they meet company specifications and quality standards. This role also involves purchasing compliant materials and maintaining accurate documentation. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of operating in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Inspect incoming ferrous materials to ensure compliance with company specifications and quality standards.
+ Purchase compliant materials and maintain accurate documentation.
+ Operate safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
**Essential Skills**
+ Ability to perform general labor tasks.
+ Proficiency in data entry.
+ Customer service oriented.
+ Experience in construction and handling heavy equipment.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Ability to read, speak, and understand English.
+ Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.

**Work Environment**
The candidate will be working outside, with a heated booth available for waiting periods. However, they must be prepared to work in varying weather conditions, including cold and heat. The summer season is the busiest time.

This is a Contract position based out of Trenton, NJ.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
