Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** + Safely operate yard trucks to move trailers within the facility + Perform pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment safety + Coordinate with receiving and processing for efficient trailer movement + Maintain accurate records of trailer movements and yard inventory + Support a clean, organized, and safety-focused yard environment **What Are We Looking For** + Demonstrated ability to safely operate yard trucks or similar equipment + Strong communication and coordination skills + Commitment to safety protocols and procedures + Ability to work independently and manage time effectively + Flexibility to work in varying weather conditions and shifts + Must be able to wear all applicable PPE including 3M respirators **Work Environment** This role is based in an outdoor industrial environment with exposure to weather, dust, and heavy equipment. Safety gear is provided and required.
