Text "READY" to 81555 to download JobStack and get started today **Pay Rate:** _The pay rate for this job is $20 - $20 / hour*_ **What you'll be doing as a Yard Dog Driver:** + Safely hook up, move, and position trailers in tight spaces, docks, and storage spots + Operate yard trucks (yard mules/hostlers) to move trailers and containers within the yard or between dock doors + Spot and position trailers safely and efficiently for loading and unloading + Inspect trailers for damage or safety issues and report findings to supervisors + Ensure all trailer moves are properly logged and tracked + Maintain organization of the yard to ensure smooth traffic flow + Communicate with dispatchers, warehouse, and dock personnel to coordinate trailer movement + Perform basic vehicle inspections and routine maintenance checks + Follow all safety policies, traffic patterns, and procedures on company property **Available shifts:** Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day) **Job requirements:** + Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady + Previous experience as a Yard Jockey, Yard Mule Operator, or similar position preferred + Must have or be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) card + CDL or prior truck driving experience a plus + Ability to operate tractor-trailer equipment safely in tight spaces + Strong attention to safety and detail + Ability to work in all weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs + Reliable and punctual with good communication skills + Background Check Required + Drug Test Required **Ready to take control of the way you work?** Complete our application to join the PeopleReady team today. *Hourly pay rates are a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
