Job Description:

Job Summary
This a part-time position that assists and reviews UPS Feeder training compliance and regulations. He/She assists with timecard corrections and verification. He/she will be in charge of safety and compliance training for the feeder department. He/She will set up and schedule employees annual compliance training.

Responsibilities:

Organize and schedule annual compliance trainingReviews driver hours to ensure regulatory compliance.Conducts daily yard audits to ensure compliance.Verifies appropriate driver uniforms and utilization of safe work methods.Determines employee training needs to produce continuous development plans.Complete and verify timecard processing to ensure pay integrity

Qualifications:

Supervisory experience - Preferred Strong communication skillsAvailability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week Normal schedule shift Tues -Sat 08:00-13:00
