As a Yard Admin, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, including managing complex calendars, coordinating with various stakeholders, and maintaining crucial logs and documentation for equipment, certifications, and project tracking. The position also involves supporting field personnel and learning invoicing as a backup, all while delivering exceptional service and prioritizing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Manage a busy calendar, interacting with both internal and external parties.
+ Deliver exceptional service to all internal and external clients and visitors.
+ Organize external vendor inspections and communication to project sites
+ Learn and be a backup for invoicing for front office Administrator roles.
+ Organize and log all equipment inspection forms.
+ Maintain all certification logs for Operating Engineers across the Mid-Atlantic Region
+ Point person for and support for the Master Mechanic and Lead Road Mechanic.
+ Update all logs and tracking sheets in preparation for meetings with internal clients.
+ Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems.
+ Provide support to other members of the department's team as needed.
+ Communicate all internal messaging as it relates to the daily schedules.
+ Payroll experience a plus.
+ Other duties may be assigned, as necessary.
**Basic Qualifications**
+ 5+ years’ experience in an Office Assistant/Office Manager or similar role.
+ Demonstrated ability to solve problems.
+ Can-do attitude with superior organizational skills and accuracy.
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of job responsibilities.
+ Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities under deadlines.
+ Must be advanced in Microsoft Office applications. Google Suite is a plus.
+ Ability to navigate online platforms, such as Workday, SAP and Coupa.
+ Ability and willingness to work occasional evenings, and/or weekends as needed.
+ Must have mode of transportation.

_Clark offers a total compensation package that includes base salary, bonus potential, and a comprehensive benefits package including health/dental/vision benefits, paid time off, retirement/401k, and Company Contribution plan. Additional benefits include life insurance, commuter benefit, short & long term disability, fitness reimbursement, FSA, tuition reimbursement, back-up daycare, tutoring & family support benefits, EAP/Work-Life assistance, and a holiday contribution program. For this role the salary range is $15 - $18 per hour. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location.
