Strong expertise in the ALM domain with deep hands-on experience in Siemens Polarion (up to version 2304). • Proven ability to design and prepare solution concepts based on business requirements, aligned with Polarion best practices. • Proficiency in customization, configuration, and integration of Polarion into PLM/ALM ecosystems (e.g., Teamcenter, GitLab, CI/CD). • Experience in workflow automation, scripting, and reporting to optimize the development lifecycle. • Solid background in Polarion upgrades, administration, and maintenance, including Teamcenter BMIDE configuration. • Familiarity with Polarion modules such as Requirements Management, Test Management, Reuse, and Branch Management. • Codebeamer expertise is an added advantage.
