dbanie o regularność i jakość publikowanych treści wideo, zgodnie z ustalonym harmonogramem i trendami rynkowymi
śledzenie aktualnych tematów i wydarzeń w celu szybkiego reagowania i publikowania adekwatnych materiałów wideo
utrzymywanie porządku i spójności w strukturze treści wideo na stronie
współpraca przy tworzeniu materiałów sponsorowanych i komercyjnych
nadzór nad prawami autorskimi i zgodnością publikowanych materiałów z przepisami prawa oraz polityką firmy
Wymagania:
tworzenie i współtworzenie założeń merytorycznych, redakcyjnych i artystycznych plików wideo zgodnie z zasadami sztuki dziennikarskiej (teksty antenowe, newsowe i autorskie)
tworzenie lub współtworzenie materiałów dziennikarskich/redakcyjnych, utworów audiowizualnych, scenariuszy na potrzeby audycji i innych przekazów (np. promocyjnych) rozpowszechnianych w programach telewizyjnych lub serwisach internetowych

Responsibilities:
video editing (camera and phone footage)
collaboration with the editorial team, video editors, and social media team in creating and promoting video content
monitoring performance statistics of published materials and implementing optimization strategies
ensuring consistency and quality of published video content in line with the publishing schedule and market trends
tracking current topics and events to respond quickly with relevant video content
maintaining order and consistency in the structure of video content on the website
supporting the creation of sponsored and commercial content
overseeing copyright compliance and ensuring all published materials adhere to legal regulations and company policies
Requirements:
creating and co-creating the editorial, journalistic, and artistic concepts for video content in accordance with journalistic standards (including broadcast, news, and original scripts)
creating or co-creating journalistic/editorial materials, audiovisual works, and scripts for broadcasts and other formats (e.g., promotional content) distributed via TV programs or online platforms
