The company was formed in October 2018 through a combination of Post Holdings’ private brands businesses and is owned by Post Holdings and funds affiliated with Thomas H. Lee Partners, L.P. (“THL”), a private equity firm. **Responsibilities** **Position Summary:** The WSR / Forklift Operator position ensures that the roasting, blanching, and sorting processes deliver an on time, safe, cost effective, and quality product to support the mission and vision of the Golden Boy Nut Corporation. **Duties and Responsibilities:** · Before startup check all equipment and work areas to ensure safety and sanitation conditions are correct and ready to use. · Checks for quality and cleanliness of raw materials. · Unloads and receives truckload, LTL, UPS and airfreight shipments. Loads export containers by mechanical or hand method. Ensures good production distribution for product protection and cube maximization. · Rotates materials and finished product (FIFO). Utilizes good storage and stacking practices to attain maximum storage utilization. Uses JDE system for all receiving and shipping transactions to include warehouse moves. Creates pallet labels for each resource and places label on each pallet.
