Job Description The Adv Ctr WCC Spec II position collects and analyzes needed documentation for billing. Acts as the liaison between customer, Solventum, and third-party payer to ensure the order meets regulatory and payer requirements. Develops a robust relationship cadence with Wound Care professionals and field personnel which results in greater ease of doing business with Solventum. PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: • Demonstration of complete knowledge of the 3M ordering process which includes understanding of 4 major departments within the Advantage Center: o Order Management (Qualifying orders for release) o WDT (Wound Documentation) o PDT (Prescriber Documentation) o POD (Proof of Delivery) • Utilize independent problem-solving skills to develop streamlined processes to limit contact with Wound Care Clinics while staying within the confines of 3M process and procedure rules. • Review and analyze payer specific requirements and coverage criteria to determine required documentation and accurate billing criteria. • Conduct in depth review of clinical documentation (medical records, prescriptions, operative reports, history and physicals) based on billing criteria. • Work with Wound Care Clinics or field personnel to obtain missing documentation required for placement and/or billing. • Provides a high level of customer service in a competitive market. • Participates in any and all reasonable work activities as may be deemed suitable and assigned by management. • Conforms to, supports and enforces all Company policies and procedures. • Provide backup assistance to team members when needed

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • High School Diploma or equivalent. • One or more years of related healthcare experience. • Demonstrated customer service skills. • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and email. • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as well as, independently. • Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast paced and changing environment PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Two or more years of related healthcare experience • Some college course work completed

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
