We are seeking a Wound Care LPN/LVN, internally referred to as our Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), to join our Wound Care team. As an LPN/LVN in wound care, you should be empathetic and have good communication skills. Shift’s Available:  Days

Employment Type: Per Diem (PRN)

Hours: 8-hour shift 

Location: St. Mary’s Medical Center, Blue Springs, MO

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to): 

technical and manual skills, within the scope of practice, that meet the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of caremeet the communication needs of the patient and familyperforms under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nursethis is a clinic environment with a need of one to three shifts/weeksupports both inpatient and outpatient careif you have some or all of the following wound care experience, let's connect: wound vacs, negative pressure wound therapy, ostomy care, etc.  Qualifications

Education and Work Experience

current and valid Missouri state LPN licensecurrent BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current

 

 Additional Qualifications That Are a Plus: 

 

one year experience in an Acute Care hospital or clinic settingprevious wound care experience
