We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and collaborative individual to join our team as the **WWL Data Insights Leader.** In this role, you will lead a team of data analysts to become the central source of truth for learning data and insights across Microsoft.

**Responsibilities**
In the WWL Data Insights Leader role, you will be responsible for the following:
+ Learning Insights: Manage a team of data analysts to produce insights that power strategy and reporting for learning company wide.
+ Measurement: Define, invent, and deliver repeatable and standardized metrics that illuminate user behavior, upskilling, credentialing, and the role learning plays in technology adoption among Microsoft customers, partners, and sellers.
+ Insights: Partner with teams building learning experiences, programs, and content to conduct experiments and measure user uptake. Further, partner with program owners focused on higher education, C-suite, and Microsoft field upskilling to measure learning progress and produce strategic insights concerning their audiences.
+ Infrastructure: Evolve and build a data infrastructure and reporting stack that balances speed of execution with low friction and high reliability.
+ Collaboration: Work with upstream data owners to secure data contracts and manage reliable access to key non-owned datasets.
+ Culture: Be a trusted partner to executives, a leader that invests in his/her team’s growth and development, and a core part of how WWL sets strategy and builds a culture of data-driven decision making.

**Qualifications**
**Required/minimum qualifications**
Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field AND 4+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis OR Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field AND 6+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis OR equivalent experience.
+ Experience producing novel measures and applying creativity to measurement and insights, for example leveraging product usage signals and user behavior from disconnected user experiences to unlock what drives product uptake.
+ People management experience.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ 3+ years people management experience and/or informal/indirect team leadership experience.
+ 5+ years of experience in at least one programming language like Python/R/MATLAB/SQL.
+ 10+ years data analytics experience (e.g., managing structured and unstructured data, applying statistical techniques and reporting results).
Business Analytics M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year.
