World of Hyatt Hotel Support Specialist

Position Summary

As a key member of the Program Operations team within the World of Hyatt organization, the Program Operations Hotel Support team is responsible for building relationships with hotels, tracking and reporting key performance metrics, and providing operational assistance. This individual ensures World of Hyatt achieves program objectives by assisting the Program Operations team with the day-to-day operations including hotel escalations, special projects and sustainment of SWA new hotel openings. This role is also responsible for working cross-functionally with corporate, regional operations and GCC teams to ensure a seamless member experience.

The ideal candidate resides in India, is fluent in English, demonstrates strong communication skills, has a passion for hospitality, and has proven organizational skills. Loyalty program knowledge and hotel operational experience is required.

Monitor hotel progress toward Key Performance IndicatorsProactively provide hotels with key resources and best practices supporting enrollment and consistent on-property World of Hyatt benefit deliveryLiaise with World of Hyatt Specialists and hotel operations to continuously identify operational gaps and assist in the implementation of appropriate training/awareness initiativesDeliver World of Hyatt training and awareness efforts through webinars and video conferencingDemonstrate a commitment to Hyatt's core values

· World of Hyatt Hotel Specialist Program experience preferred

· GESA/ServiceNow experience preferred

· CARE experience preferred

Computer Skills needed to perform on this Job

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookExperience with Hyatt operating systems and tools (e.g., Starr, Tally, Tools Application, Reserve, etc.)
