Description Kendra Scott is looking to hire a Workspace One Engineer for a short term project to help them remediate current deficiencies with their UEM tool. They have a handful of pre-identified issues that will need to be resolved over the next few months to ensure they are equipped with accurate date during their planning for 2026. Candidates should have previous experience with and in depth knowledge of Workspace One. The Director should be able to tell them what the current issues with the tool are, what he wants it to be doing, and then they should be able to provide the remediation plan and execution. They should have previous experience managing the tool and rolling out to enterprise for Mac, Windows, and other OS. Candidates should also have experience setting up reporting. The out of the box reporting has not been working well for them, so this person would need to be able to help with some minor customization. To do this, candidates should also have some level of experience scripting with Powershell, Python, or something similar. Below are a few of the issues that they would need this person to help with: - They are currently having issues with device registration. There are registered devices that aren't showing up. - They know that there is a capability within Workspace One to have it show you what is not enrolled in UEM. They need someone to help get this setup. - Customization of out of the box reporting Additional areas of focus: · Reports/reporting o Creating and making use reports o Being able to create custom reports · Profiles o Need group profiles o And profile creation for new devices · Enablement o Would love to have shadowing opportunities o Create a talent pool for team members to utilize the environment Skills Workspace One, Endpoint Management, UEM, scripting, powershell, python, reporting, coding Top Skills Details Workspace One,Endpoint Management,UEM,scripting,powershell,python,reporting Additional Skills & Qualifications If a candidate has done this in a retail environment that would be a plus. Candidates need to have strong time management and organizational skills as they will need to own most of this work. If someone has in depth knowledge with other UEM tools like Tanium, Manage Engine, Ninja One, or Intune, there is a chance they could come back in a contract to hire role next year. Experience Level Expert Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $42.50 - $60.00/hr.
