WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Workspace Experience Lead, you need to lead the workspace strategy and operations for our South Korea office. This role sits within the People Organization function and plays a key role in shaping a future-ready workplace that fosters collaboration, supports HR operations, and enhances employee engagement. You will work closely with leaders to understand team needs and create an inclusive environment where everyone feels they belong.

Oversee the workspace strategy and day-to day operations for the Korea office, ensuring alignment with business and people prioritiesPartner with the People Organization team to build a future-ready workplace that fosters employee engagement, collaboration, and a strong sense of belonging.Support leaders in understanding team needs while ensuring the office environment enables effective collaboration and basic HR operations.WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
As Workspace Experience Lead, you’ll work closely with People Relations, PR & Communications and Health & Safety team to create a dynamic, future-ready workspace and engagement ecosystem that empowers managers, enhances employee experience, and ensures operational excellence through strategic stakeholder collaboration and compliance.
This role will be reporting to Regional People Identity Partner, with a dotted line to the People Relations Manager in South Korea.

Strong background in strategy development, proposal writing, program design, and effective corporate communication.Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook.3–5 years of experience managing dynamic, growing workspaces (150–250 employees), with a passion for creating vibrant office environments. – not a must!And people who are…
