As the Workshop Maintenance HSE Specialist, you will manage the day-to-day maintenance activities in the workshop being HSE frontline. You will partner with the manufacturing operational Leaders and the workshop maintenance team to reduce and manage risks associated with operations. You will be accountable for the strengthening our interdependent HSE culture.

In this role, you will:

Support on Permit to work and interfering risks managingSupervise critical and high-risk workshop maintenance activitiesCollaborate with the maintenance cell on the preparation of heat map with related defenses matrixDevelop special focused projects as machine guardingImprove and issue HSE workshop maintenance procedures/work instructionsBe responsible on inspection/audit on workshop contractorsMonitor (H&S and E) performance (KPI) of our workshop maintenance contractorSupport the Safety Talks deployment and HSE inductionSupport on checking the contractor documents and work-flow process for entranceSupport on Investigations and CAPA processSupport management of HSE Concerns and incidentsBe responsible for workshop JSA revision and “Non-Routinary” activitiesBe responsible for Management of Change (MOC) follow-up

To be successful in this role you will have:
 

Degree in a Technical field from an accredited University (preferrable Mechanical or Electrical Engineering) or Technical DiplomaGreat experience in HSE operations within the Oil&Gas or Energy IndustryHave relevant knowledge of HSE management systems, Local HSE regulations and widely used international standardsStrong Knowledge with HSE operations on Equipment Maintenance (Permit to work, interfering risks managing)Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skillsBe able to write/read fluently in EnglishHave good teamwork, mediation, relationship-building and influencing skills
