Workplace Services Lead
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** **1. Employee Transportation** + Manage and optimize daily transportation services for employees, ensuring timeliness, safety, and efficiency. + Coordinate with transportation vendors and monitor performance through SLAs and KPIs. + Oversee route planning and capacity management based on headcount and shift requirements. + Handle transportation-related employee feedback, issue resolution, and continuous service improvement. + Ensure compliance with local transportation regulations and Emerson’s safety standards. **2. Cafeteria Services** + Oversee cafeteria vendor operations including food quality, hygiene, pricing, and customer satisfaction. + Monitor daily operations to ensure timely and adequate food service to all shifts. + Coordinate menu planning, dietary considerations, and special events. + Track performance metrics, monitor subsidy records, food safety audits, and compliance with health regulations. + Manage cafeteria budgets, contracts, and cost-control initiatives. + Manage cafeteria contract with the vendor working in partnership with Local purchasing team. **3. Space Optimization (Envoy)** + Administer the platform to manage employee desk reservations. + Train users and serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting and system-related queries. + Maintain up-to-date system configurations and layouts to reflect current policies, capacity limits, and user access controls. + Generate usage reports and insights to support space planning and workplace optimization. + Manage space optimization including Neighborhoods, considering Business Leaders requirements and Site Support leadership inputs. **4. Wellness Center** + Manage vendor relationship (Contract, recurrent meetings, pricing, resources, etc). + Work closely with EHS Coordinator to develop wellbeing programs aligned with Emerson Safety initiatives. + Coordinate and manage equipment and infrastructure maintenance. + Work with procurement to make sure equipment and materials are supplied in a timely manner. **Additional Responsibilities** + Partner with Employee Experience Lead to improve employee experience related to workplace services. + Lead continuous improvement initiatives for all services under scope, incorporating employee feedback. + Support workplace experience initiatives and events in collaboration with HR and other departments. + Ensure vendor contract compliance and participate in RFP processes when needed. + Maintain documentation of procedures, processes, and service level agreements. + Participate in workplace audits and implement corrective actions as required. + Work closely with the Facilities Team in order to coordinate daily activities related with services under scope. **Who You Are:** + You anticipate customer needs and provide services that are beyond customer expectations. + You actively seek input from pertinent sources to make timely and well-informed decisions. + You focus on highest priorities and set aside less critical tasks. + You show a tremendous amount of initiative in tough situations and are exceptional at spotting and seizing opportunities. **For This Role, You Will Need:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Facilities Management, or related field. + 3+ years of experience in workplace services, facilities, or operations management. + Proven experience managing vendors and outsourced services. + Strong organizational savvy, strong people management skills, problem-solving, strategic mindset, team work, collaboration and communication skills. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and workplace management platforms (experience with Envoy is a plus). + Fluent in Spanish; Intermediate to Advanced English required. **Our Culture & Commitment to You:** + At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
