Job DescriptionRole Purpose
The Workplace Planning Coordinator supports the delivery of workplace services across NBCUniversal’s international portfolio, focusing on maintaining accurate floor plans, occupancy data, and supporting day-to-day moves and changes.
As part of the International Workplace team, you will be responsible for maintaining the foundational workplace data for NBCUniversal’s international portfolio using our core platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all sites, and supporting seamless collaboration across the team. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to produce high-quality outputs that stakeholders can rely on.
Key Responsibilities
Space Data & CAD
Maintain and update accurate floor plans for all NBCUniversal sites using AutoCAD.Support in producing test fits and space layout options for small works and BAU requests, ensuring compliance with building codes and workplace standards, with creative problem-solving where appropriate.Track and report on occupancy, headcount, and utilisation data to ensure reliable, up-to-date information and maintain this information in our Intl Real Estate tool (GREM)Moves & Changes
Supporting the Snr Workplace Leader with planning and coordinating small-scale moves and changes, including desk reconfigurations, small team relocations, and furniture changes.Proactively scope work, validate assumptions, coordinate suppliers, produce clear documentation, and manage stakeholder engagement to ensure smooth delivery.Partner with Facilities to coordinate contractors and ensure successful execution.Support the Senior Workplace Leader on larger moves and projects as required.Process & Reporting
