We’re hiring for an exciting opportunity on the Workplace Marketing Operations team. Our team has ownership of all operational responsibilities across the organization including regulatory/risk management, workflow, and communications deployment. We collaborate with groups across the firm (Risk Management, Client Experience, Digital, Technology) to deliver communications, reduce risk, and remove barriers to execution to scale our work in support of business growth. 

 

About the Role:

 

We are looking for an experienced Workplace Marketing Operations, Senior Manager to lead regulatory marketing projects and oversee risk management for the department. The ideal candidate has a strong background in marketing content development, regulatory communications, and overseeing marketing risk protocols. 

 

 What you’ll do:

 

Drive regulatory marketing initiatives, creating project plans, managing resources, tracking deliverables, and meeting stated objectives.Create marketing strategies and develop communications for regulatory projects such as SECURE Act 2.0.Collaborate with others within and beyond Workplace Marketing to deliver regulatory requirements that pertain to marketing content.Manage department risk having expertise in the rules and regulations that govern marketing in the retirement plan, stock plan, and retail brokerage spaces. Required Qualifications:

 

 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, related field, or equivalent work experience.5+ years of marketing, marketing agency, consulting, or program management experience.5+ years of regulatory marketing experience.5+ years experience in financial services or workplace (retirement plan, stock plan) industries.5+ years of project management experience.Strong marketing content strategy and creation (writing) skills.Experience with marketing content management tools like Workfront.Strong leader and strategic thinker with strong communication and collaboration skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization.Active listener and problem solver.Adaptable and proactive in a changing environment.End-to-end marketing campaign planning and delivery.Autonomy and comfort dealing with ambiguity.

 

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
