Global Capability Center Overview
This is a rare opportunity to join a newly created flagship Global Capability Center in Bangalore, supporting a community of over 2,500 financial services and technology professionals.
The workplace spans 450,000 square feet across 9 floors, including 120,000 square feet of dedicated hospitality space. This includes two high-profile client-facing meeting floors, an internal staff restaurant, social hubs, and 70 meeting rooms and event spaces that support collaboration, innovation, and client engagement.
Role Accountability
The Workplace Manager leads and shapes the Workplace Ambassador program across the Global Capability Center, designing a workplace that is seamless, intuitive, and intentionally aligned to how employees work each day.
This is not a traditional soft services or facilities management role. It is a people‑led, experience‑driven position focused on owning and delivering a program that defines how Ambassadors engage with employees, how support is delivered across the workplace, and how the experience touches each employee so they can do their best work.
Pre‑opening leadership is central to this role. The Workplace Manager will build the Workplace Ambassador function from the ground up, leading the design of service models, recruiting and onboarding 6 Workplace Ambassadors, establishing standards and ways of working, and supporting the launch and mobilization of operations that set a new benchmark for workplace experience.
Key Role Accountabilities
Workplace Ambassador OwnershipOwn, design, and continuously evolve the Workplace Ambassador workplace product, encompassing service models, employee journeys, floor coverage, and experience standards across 9 floors, supporting over 2,500 desks and more than 50 internal meeting spaces.Ambassador Team Leadership
Lead, coach, and develop a visible, high‑impact team of 6 Workplace Ambassadors, ensuring consistent service behaviors, accountability, and pride in delivery.Floor & Meeting Space Experience
Ensure team floors are consistently work‑ready; internal meeting spaces fully equipped with AV capabilities are proactively set and supported; and on‑floor amenities, including multifunctional print devices and hydration stations, are reliable, accessible, and intuitive to use.Primary Employee Interface
Position the Workplace Ambassador team as the primary point of contact for employees across the workplace, delivering anticipatory, real‑time support and swift issue resolution that enables teams to focus on their work.End‑to‑End Experience Integration
Coordinate closely with Technology, Facilities Management, Central Reservations, and service partners to integrate the end‑to‑end workplace experience ecosystem, ensuring all touchpoints from arrival through daily work and collaboration are deliberately connected and experienced as effortless by employees.Stabilization & Continuous Improvement
Embed standards post‑opening, monitor experience outcomes, gather employee feedback, and continuously refine the Workplace Ambassador product to support performance, connection, and wellbeing at scale.
Key Responsibilities

5 years of leadership experience across corporate real estate, leading workplaces, luxury hotels, and corporate hotel environmentsProven pre-opening experience is essential, including:Launching large-scale hospitality or workplace environmentsDesigning service models and operational frameworks from scratchRecruiting, training, and mobilizing teams for opening day readinessExperience leading or supervising ambassadors, concierge, or front‑of‑house teamsExposure to corporate offices, GCCs, or premium workplace environments preferredStrong people leadership skills with the ability to motivate visible, customer‑facing teamsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsCalm, solutions‑oriented mindset in fast‑paced environmentsStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow‑throughProficiency in Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with workplace systems is an advantageWhy This Role
