Job Description

JLL's large general insurance client is looking for a Workplace Lead to be based at their Sydney CBD Office. This role plays a pivotal role in providing authentic service experiences that bond the relationship between JLL, our client and their guest. Managing a team of Mailroom Coordinators and Receptionists your role is to ensure exceptional client team member experience in every interaction, whilst delivering a range of on-site workplace related services.  
 
About the role: 

Manage and train the mailroom coordinators and receptionists, conduct performance reviews and set goals with each team member 

Work with ANZ Experience Lead on processes and procedures 

Build relationships and rapport with key stakeholders, ensuring minimal escalations 

Support the delivery of internal general service for our employees across a range of different disciplines including Property, Facilities, Workspace, event management, desk and parking booking, AV/VC issues and general building orientation 

Ensure adherence to client's workplace guideline to create a welcoming, safe and productive workplace  

Display flexibility in availability to ensure coverage on all conference floors and maintain work standards 

Raise work orders for repairs and retifircation, book handment and maintenance personnel as needed while being the point of contact for the Facilities Management team 

Book meeting room spaces specifically for high-profile managers and Board of Directors, ensuring premium service standards  

Liase with Executive Assistant to organise events, coordinate catering services and registering of guests  

Ensure meeting room floors are maintained in a pristine and clutter-free way, ensure rooms are set up ready for each booking  

About you: 

Previous experience in hospitality, or high-end corporate concierge services 

Proven experience managing a small team of employees 

Well-developed time management and project management skills, ability to meet deadlines and coordinate others  

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships and expectations  

Prior experience managing meeting room services is desirable
