Your journey with us is more than just a job: it’s a meaningful career. **Job Summary** Fully On-Site Position — No Remote Work The Hospitality Services Director is a highly adaptable, strategic operations leader responsible for driving an elevated hospitality experience across multiple office locations. This individual serves as a trusted partner to the client, providing insight into operational performance, identifying challenges, and leading a proactive, solutions oriented approach. They bring strong leadership skills, objective decision making, and a commitment to upholding all client and company policies while cultivating a collaborative, high performing team environment. Core Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management •Lead, manage, and inspire a large, diverse team to deliver elevated service across three offices. •Recruit, train, coach, and develop hospitality staff to ensure consistent service excellence. •Champion performance evaluations, talent development, and succession planning. •Foster a collaborative, supportive, and inclusive team environment. •Partner with the Hospitality Manager and Clients on weekly staffing schedules and coverage planning. •Ensure all team members adhere to Rapport, company, and client policies. Client Partnership & Strategic Operations •Build strong, trust-based partnerships with local client stakeholders and align on operational strategy. •Serve as a key point of contact for escalations, navigating issues with objectivity, professionalism, and clarity. •Assess decisions with consideration for risk/reward and short /long term implications; communicate impacts proactively with the client. •Provide insight into current team performance, challenges, and future action plans. •Drive team and personal accountability toward key KPIs, including training, safety, engagement, and service delivery. Onsite Experience & Workplace Operations •Travel flexibly across DC Metro sites to support lobby, reception, catering, and conference services as needed. •Oversee visitor management, meetings, events, and day to day floor operations. •Support space reservations, guest escorts, and coordination of hospitality services. •Ensure the cleanliness and readiness of all workspace areas, including conference rooms, lobbies, and pantries. •Partner with building management on HVAC, security, maintenance, and operational escalations. Compliance, Standards & Safety •Model a structured, policy driven approach to operations and enforce adherence to employee handbook guidelines. •Execute and maintain all security, fire, and health & safety protocols. •Lead building audits, global training initiatives, sustainability reporting, quarterly security audits, and all office equipment installation needs. •Manage COIs, shipping and receiving, and other building coordination processes. Reporting & Continuous Improvement •Prepare and lead monthly office and people reports for leadership and clients. •Monitor operational data, guest feedback, and service trends to drive continuous improvement. •Maintain DC Metro distribution lists and other administrative processes. •Provide general administrative support as needed. **Long Description** Qualifications Required: •Experience managing hospitality, workplace experience, operations, or client facing teams. •Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams across multiple locations. •Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal. •Ability to make objective, policy aligned decisions. •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. •Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt to evolving client needs. Preferred: •Previous experience in a multi site operational leadership role. •Experience working in hospitality, corporate workplace experience, or client services. •Familiarity with space management tools and visitor management systems.
