THE OPPORTUNITY
In this role, you will act as the operational and experiential backbone of the workplace, ensuring that all services, spaces, and environments function seamlessly so employees can focus on delivering for the business. You will operate in a newly opened site, coordinating outsourced services, managing vendors and landlord relationships, and continuously adapting the workplace to evolving organizational needs and ways of working.
You will balance structured service delivery with flexibility, ensuring that high standards are met while responding effectively to ad hoc demands. Working closely with local leadership, Finance, P&C, and employees, you will translate business and people’s needs into practical workplace solutions that support collaboration, productivity, learning, and engagement.
Key responsibilities of this role:
Lead end-to-end workplace service delivery, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and cost-effective operationsManage and control outsourced vendors and contracts, including IFM, cleaning, maintenance, events, and fleet-related servicesCoordinate with the landlord and other tenants on shared services, room and space booking, and building-related topicsEnsure the workplace continuously adapts to changing ways of working, business priorities, and events calendarsOversee move-in, move-out, and space adaptation activities in a rented office environmentAct as a key business partner to local stakeholders, balancing standard processes with ad hoc needsDrive process optimization, performance tracking, and data-driven decision making for workplace servicesProactively identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities, taking ownership to activate solutions
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Business Adminstration, Hospitality Management, Facility Management, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in workplace experience, IFMS, hospitality, hotel operations, or a comparable service-driven environmentProven experience in managing outsourced services, vendors, and contractsExperience operating in a hands-on, single site or small-team environmentExposure to office moves, site openings, or workplace transformations is a strong advantageExperience working within structured corporate processes and governance frameworksStrong service delivery, vendor and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance operational execution, governance, and flexibility in a dynamic workplace environmentHigh level of ownership and problem-solving capability, able to translate business and people needs into effective workplace solutions while continuously optimizing processesFrench and English language are mandatory at professional level
