WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
· A college/university degree
· Minimum 3+ years of experience in Workplace Experience
· EHS Certification Requirements
· Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and time management skills
· Collaborative team player with good English communication skills
· Experience in FMCG or manufacturing industries is a plus
· Ability to prepare basic graphics (e.g. presentations, visualizations, communication materials)
· Knowledge of Power BI will be considered an additional asset
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
· Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to draw conclusions based on data

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
As a Workplace Experience Specialist, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of workplace services and safety standards. You’ll manage third-party vendors, oversee office operations, and support senior leadership with administrative processes.
Key responsibilities include:
· Monitor and improve Workplace Experience (WX) services through KPIs and vendor management
· Oversee third-party receptionist services and maintain a neat, organized office environment
· Collaborate with Security and Market Safety teams to ensure a safe workplace
· Plan and execute office-related services (e.g., parking)
· Coordinate employee services, gather feedback, and implement improvements
· Handle procurement processes for WX services, including vendor selection and invoice management
· Manage company assets to optimize office space and storage
· Support with general administrative tasks
· Act promptly to resolve issues and implement backup solutions when needed
