This individual will be responsible for curating, implementing and delivering Workplace hospitality experience through tenant concierge services, activities and events. The Experience Associate will deliver a sense of tenant community by transforming office common areas into an energized hot-spots and by cultivating tenant relationships to encourage space stickiness and promote benefits that respond to work/life balance needs. Utilizing our proprietary C&W Experience Per Square Foot tool, they will align social programming and building community to tenant interests for maximum effectiveness.Job Description
Essential functions and responsibilities
TENANT MEMBER EXPERIENCE:
Collaborate with operations to coordinate seamless member move-in and move-out experience for tenant members (incl. training, welcome gifts, system setup, deliveries, etc)Participate in tenant/ member onboarding from a user experience perspectiveProvide daily tenant/ member engagement supportServe as liaison between Workplace members and operationsParticipate in potential Workplace member toursNetworks with community members and identifies Community ChampionsWorks behind the scenes to ensure engagementSOCIAL PROGRAMMING:
Responsible for creation and execution of all Workplace Community programming and eventsMaintain standard event content on weekly, monthly, or quarterly basisWork with building management to provide membership-driven events to tenants in the buildingCommunicate and promote new community features or proceduresConnect with the tenant population and promote the platform to get maximum participationBe the “face” of building services and social activity and interaction within a portfolio of commercial real estate assetsManage relevant programming (groups, events, pop-up services, etc.) that will engage tenants and activate the building amenities, with minimal oversightWorks with Social Media Specialist, Membership, Marketing, and other divisions to coordinate community postings as appropriate across the organization's other digital channels.Provide information about local features such as shopping, dining, nightlife, and recreational destinations.Engage with tenants and honor requests as needed to enable workplace hospitality environment.Key Competencies
Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) requiredMust be able to use laptop, mobile device and wireless technologiesAdept at problem solving and analysisComfortable presenting to executive level clients, and interacting with individuals at all levelsDetail oriented, confident, self-starter with exceptional organizational skillsMaintain a “can do” mentality with the ability to take charge with minimal informationDemonstrate integrity, accountability, self-awareness and strong work ethicConflict management skills with ability to work under pressure, while acting in a calm mannerShowcase exceptional emotional intelligence and empathyImportant education
Four-year college/university degreeImportant experience
