Sodexo Corporation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Workplace Experience Multi-Service General Manager to lead our high-profile operations across two vibrant locations: Sodexo Headquarter’s Pike & Rose and Research Grove, just 15 minutes apart. This is a highly visible leadership role supporting Sodexo’s C-suite executives.
As the Workplace Experience Multi-Service General Manager, you will be the #1 on-site leader, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a talented team, and delivering exceptional workplace experiences.
Incentives M-F 6am to 4pm with some evenings, no weekends What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities:
Lead operations across:Pike & Rose: Café, Catering, and Mailroom servicesResearch Grove: Coffee bar with grab-and-go offeringsSupervise a team including:1 Executive Chef8 Hourly EmployeesManage kitchen production (off-site), budgets, and financialsBuild and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executivesCoordinate and execute high-end catering events, dinners, and receptionsSupport mailroom operations (minimal scope)Oversee Research Grove’s $250K business unit What We OfferCompensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
