What this opportunity involves: 
Transform workplace culture for our valued client in Bendigo by creating vibrant, human-centered experiences that inspire engagement and deliver exceptional service. As the primary point of contact, you'll lead teams, manage vendor partnerships, and shape the end-to-end occupant experience across their portfolio.

Key responsibilities:

Design compelling engagement strategies that build ambassador communities and embed a culture of empowerment.

Lead high-performing Concierge teams to deliver seamless, professional service that exceeds expectations.

Drive innovative communications that strengthen workplace culture and energise stakeholders.

Create memorable monthly programs that bring people together and make the workplace a destination.

Ensure flawless delivery of reception, mail, and office services through smart processes and proactive vendor management.

Serve as the trusted point of contact, orchestrating seamless collaboration across Security, IT, Property Operations, and business teams.

We're seeking a dynamic, customer-focused professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You're a confident communicator with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences, strong organisational skills, and the ability to balance competing priorities while driving continuous improvement.

Experience in facilities, corporate, or hospitality environments with proven ability to deliver best-practice outcomes and meet performance targets.

Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills that engage stakeholders and inspire teams.

Problem-solving capability with strong attention to detail and ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations.

Self-motivated, energetic, adaptable team player with integrity, passion for quality service, and commitment to continuous improvement.
