**About the Role:**
As a Workplace Experience and Events Manager at CBRE, you will lead a team responsible for delivering exceptional workplace experience services. These services may include concierge and reception support, meeting and event coordination, and general administrative office functions.
This role is part of the Workplace Experience team, which provides outstanding customer service to clients and visitors within a designated building. The team plays a vital role in creating a welcoming, efficient, and engaging workplace environment.

**What You’ll Do:**
+ Event ManagementLead and oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout the event lifecycle.
+ Team LeadershipSupervise daily operations of the Workplace Experience team. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, cross-train staff, and monitor departmental deadlines. Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance evaluations. Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
+ Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain trusted relationships with clients. Collaborate and negotiate with clients, partners, and associates to resolve conflicting priorities and ensure service excellence.
+ Operational EfficiencyEnsure consistent and efficient support across all workplace experience services. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of strategic solutions.
+ Technology & TrainingAssess and address technological and training needs for both Workplace Experience teams and clients. Ensure compliance with safety standards for employees, clients, and vendors.
+ Vendor ManagementDevelop and manage vendor partnerships with a focus on cost-saving initiatives. Oversee contract negotiations and ensure all vendors maintain current insurance and contractual documentation.
+ Third-Party Program OversightManage programs delivered by third-party vendors, including food services, event coordination, transportation, and mail distribution. Verify accuracy of invoicing for all business services.
+ Leadership & CultureLead by example and model behaviors aligned with CBRE’s RISE values. Foster collaboration and influence stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
+ Cross-Functional CollaborationApply knowledge of workplace experience and integrate with other disciplines to meet team and departmental objectives. Collaborate closely with other internal teams to ensure alignment, share best practices, and support broader organizational goals.
+ Problem SolvingIdentify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues, including those not immediately evident in existing systems or processes.
**What You’ll Need:**
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 3–5 years of relevant experience. A combination of education and professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
+ Experience in planning, coordinating, and executing corporate events, workplace programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
+ Demonstrated experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, performance evaluation, and retention strategies.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive or complex conversations and clearly convey performance expectations.
+ Proven leadership capabilities with a focus on motivating teams and driving quality, efficiency, and effectiveness across the department.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and other relevant tools.
+ Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive, inquisitive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
