WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

· A university degree in Finance, Social Sciences, Human Resources and related fields

· At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service/support

· Very good knowledge of English (fluent) and French

· Very good organizational skills

· An independent problem solver with good ability to set priorities 

· A great team player with customer centric

· An experienced user of Microsoft Office and SharePoint

· In this position you will earn no less than PLN 8 650 gross per month

HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? 

· Provide professional support on Workplace Experience (WX) function initiatives and projects to ensure high-level service for CH and UK based employees

· Be the first level support for all WX related queries. Work on a ticketing tool to execute, answer and/or assign WX requests raised by our internal clients (CH and UK based employees)

· Manage the WX Service Center internal hotline to support employees on the spot: provide direct answer when possible or open a ticket on behalf when the query requires more investigation or to involve another WX team

· Provide reports on WX requests; propose and implement process and system improvements, and test new functionalities in the ticketing tool before implementation

· Perform typical administrative tasks, such as Mobility administration, Case management for tracking and reporting purpose, Management of WX articles in MyPMI and provide administrative support to the WX department for specific tasks/projects when requested

· Manage the only external phone line common for all PMI locations in Switzerland by providing information to the callers; filtering undesired calls; following up with employees and/or callers when the purpose of the call has been identified as relevant
