Job Description
As a Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer service experience to employees and guests of a designated building. This role involves being the first point of contact for visitors, organizing on-site events, managing workplace services, and coordinating with vendors.
ResponsibilitiesGreet all individuals entering the facility with a friendly and welcoming demeanor and issue visitor and parking passes while following security protocols.Make a memorable first impression by professionally answering telephone calls and creating presentations.Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of requestors.Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders as needed and coordinate workplace services including mail, office supply services, and onboarding.Acknowledge inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers, providing solutions in a customer service-driven manner.Organize and manage on-site events, including securing event space, setting up and tearing down the room, and delivering supplies.Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures and notify appropriate parties to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building.Coordinate with vendors who supply services or goods to the workplace.Explain detailed and/or complicated information within the team and follow specific directions as given by management.Essential SkillsExcellent communication skillsOrganizational skillsGood customer service skills3-5 years of experienceHigh School Diploma or GEDBasic computer skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAdditional Skills & QualificationsFacility coordinator experience is a plusCMMS experience is a plusWork Environment
This position is in-person at a corporate headquarters in Palo Alto, CA. The typical work hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. The role involves interacting with clients, coordinating events, and managing various workplace services. The workplace emphasizes a professional environment with a focus on excellent customer service. The interview process includes two virtual rounds conducted via Teams.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
