About the role:
As the Workplace Experience Coordinator for our new global fintech client, the primary goal is to positively impact the care and comfort of their people and guests. This role involves engaging with employees and building strong working relationships. You will be understanding their wants and needs to ensure they feel valued, looked after and are able to work in an inclusive and productive environment.
This role will be best suited to an individual that not only has strong experiences in this field but one that is comfortable working independently. You will, however, be part of a wider global team that you can draw experience from but you will need to be a self starter, be able to think on your feet and demonstrate your experience through actions in a small but diverse workplace.
This is an exciting time for our client and you will bring your expertise to bear. You will use your skills in change management (and acquire new ones) to enable the successful opening and running of this space and helping employees adopt new Ways of Working.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure employees are taken care of in a fun, friendly and professional manner at all times
Utilise technology to assist in room booking, reserving amenities and guests needs
Ensure the workplace is presentable and always inviting
Providing soft first line of support for IT/AV etc.
Support planned and pop-up events across the building
Inspect meeting room set-up and ensure the area is kept clean and tidy after each use
Work with the building management team to report and manage all building related issues
Be the point of contact for all vendors for delivery of planned and reactive works, office consumables and parcels
Support with the Onboarding and Offboarding of new employees and contractors
Assist with creating the monthly Newsletter and Weekly updates
Key Skills required:
Previous experience working in corporate reception, guest services or facilities management
Proficiency with booking systems and basic IT troubleshooting
Self-motivated with strong independent work abilities
Event coordination and vendor management experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Change management or process improvement background
