What this job involves

This position manages day-to-day client activities for an assigned property/facility, serving as the on-site key point of contact for stakeholders and clients. The role assumes overall responsibility for medium or small site operations including budget management, accounting and finance, maintenance and operations, contract services, purchasing, occupancy services, and service desk functions while ensuring compliance with applicable Statements of Work and Standard Operating Procedures.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Provide financial and operational reporting on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis while ensuring data accuracy across systems

• Source, select, contract, and manage Tier Two and Tier Three service providers in collaboration with regional teams

• Develop site budgets and forecasts, track expenses, and manage all expenditures including operating and capital expenses

• Execute routine facility walkthroughs, proactive work order management, and coordinate maintenance activities with Operations Supervisor

• Manage tenant/occupant service requests ensuring compliance with response time requirements and satisfaction metrics

• Lead workplace change management projects and maintain strategic stakeholder relationships for decision facilitation

• Execute project management services for small moves, adds, changes (MACs) and minor space reconfigurations under $250K

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields

• 2-4 years of experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or related field managing both soft and hard services

• Knowledge of vendor management for specialized services and budget management skills

• Fluent in Spanish and intermediate English proficiency

• Strong financial skills and customer service orientation

• Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements

• Experience working in corporate office environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in the technology industry

• Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and best practices

• Familiarity with building systems, maintenance procedures, and lifecycle planning

• Experience with emergency response planning and fire & life safety systems

• Basic knowledge of environmental and sustainability programs (Energy, Water, Waste & Recycling)

• Understanding of lease administration and landlord relationship management
